Pakistan scrap softens amid slowed domestic steel sentiment
Following a surge in offers and good bookings over the last couple of weeks, Pakistan's imported scrap quotes have softened mainly on the back of slowness in finished steel sales.
Furthermore, mills’ scrap appetite is full for the time being, and buyers anticipate prices to soften in the coming weeks. As a result, bookings dropped notably last week, sources tell Kallanish.
