China expands pollution planning to 80 cities
China has expanded the 2+26 cities covered by more strict environmental policies to 80 cities in total. These cities will all be covered in the three-year air quality plan to reduce pollution. China's production limitations on high-emission industries such as steel have increased this year as pressure to curb air pollution falls, Kallanish notes.
