Posco targets 52mt steel capacity by 2030
South Korean steelmaker Posco announced on Thursday its vision for 2030 to create a “better world with green steel”.
The company's goal is to have global crude steel production capacity of 52 million tonnes/year by 2030 and combined sales of KRW 100 trillion ($78.7 billion), and to triple consolidated operating profit compared to 2022, Kallanish learns.
