Posco to buy half stake in Krakatau Posco

South Korean steelmaker Posco, a subsidiary of Posco Holdings Inc., will acquire the 50% equity of Krakatau Posco in Indonesia which is currently owned by the parent, according to the latter’s regulatory filing.
