Queensland recommends Winchester South project
The Queensland Government’s Coordinator General has recommended Australian coal miner Whitehaven Coal's Winchester South metallurgical coal project located in the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland be allowed to proceed, subject to conditions, Kallanish notes.
