Rail work stoppage exacerbates Canadian supply chain woes
Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) failed to reach a labour agreement over the weekend, resulting in a work stoppage that will further exacerbate supply chain issues in North America.
