Renault reports significant production losses
Renault forecasts a significant production loss in 2021 due to tight supply of components and the semiconductor shortage, the French automaker says in its third-quarter financial report monitored by Kallanish.
While the Q3 production loss amounts to 170,000 units, Renault predicts a production drop of approximately 500,000 vehicles for full-year 2021 but says that visibility on Q4 remains low.
