Russel closes on Sanborn buy in Wisconsin
Toronto-based North American service centre chain Russel Metals has finalised its buy of Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Inc, Kallanish reports.
Sanborn’s extant location in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, is close by three Russel facilities. While financial details for the transaction were not disclosed, Sanborn generated about $19 million in sales during 2019 “...across a diverse base of industrial customers.”
