Russia permits scrap exports through some seaports
Russian ferrous scrap can be exported outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) only through nine Russian sea ports until the end of 2023, Kallanish notes. The corresponding decree was published on the Russian government’s legal information portal.
The list of maritime checkpoints includes Arkhangelsk, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Dudinka, Kaliningrad, Korsakov, Magadan, Murmansk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
