Moody's maintains negative outlook for Russian steel market
Credit ratings agency Moody’s says that the Russian steel market faces several risks in 2017 which keeps the outlook negative for the next 12-18months. In a report monitored by Kallanish, Moody’s says that weak domestic demand for steel outweighs steelmakers’ high capacity utilisation rates.
