Russia’s Donelektrostal to build new steel plant
Russia’s Donelektrostal will build a full cycle plant in the Rostov Region, says the press service of the Rostov Region government.
The capacity will be more than 1 million tonnes/year of finished steel, Kallanish notes. Total investment is about RUB 20 billion ($267 million).
