Russian pipe production falls sequentially, up on-year

Russian production of steel pipe increased in January-November 2023, Kallanish notes from national statistical service Rosstat. Production amounted to 12.4 million tonnes, up by 2.7% year-on-year. In November alone, output was 1.1mt, up by 1.3% on-year, but 3.5% lower compared with October.
