Australia's Scottsdale Construction Systems acquired by US investors
Scottsdale Construction Systems, an Australia-based steel frame and truss technology firm, has been acquired by the investment firm Venture First and digital technology solutions group TYP64, both of which are headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
