Scrap collection in Russia falls 30%: Ruslom
Russia’s scrap collection market can safely be called most affected by the current “crisis”, says Russian scrap metal association Ruslom head Viktor Kovshevny.
In January-September, scrap collection in Russia fell by 30% on-year, Kallanish notes. Many scrapyards have closed and equipment is being sold off.
