Scrap market rising, pig iron interest strong: Assofermet
Scrap market participants’ expectations for the new year are for further price increases, especially for high-quality grades, despite the downstream market remaining “unreactive or sleepy”, Italian steel trade association Assofermet says in its latest market note monitored by Kallanish.
