Seshagiri Rao steps down from JSW board
JSW Steel joint managing director and chief financial officer Seshagiri Rao M.V.S has stepped down as a company director effective 6 April, following the end of his three-year term, the steelmaker says.
JSW adds that Rao superannuated from the services of the company. He will, however, continue as group CFO, Kallanish notes.
