Seven Korean steelmakers found guilty of collusion
Seven South Korean steelmakers on Monday were sentenced to fines in the first trial on charges of engaging in a KRW 6 trillion ($4.69 billion) collusion. The alleged collusion occurred during bidding conducted by the Public Procurement Service, Kallanish learns.
