Severstal sees Russian demand returning to pre-pandemic levels
Russian vertically-integrated steelmaker Severstal predicts steel demand in Russia will increase in 2021 despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to head of corporate strategy Maxim Semenovykh.
