Severstal increases efficiency with upgrades
Russian steelmaker Severstal will use domestic filter elements when operating the hot chemical pickling line at its Cherepovets Steelworks (CherMK), the company tells Kallanish.
A set of 54 filter elements required to trap sludge from the water coming from the acid neutralization plant was manufactured by a Russian manufacturer according to drawings and fabric samples.
