Severstal targets 10m t/y pellet plant by 2026
Russian steelmaker Severstal is set to construct a 10 million tonne/year iron ore pellet complex at the Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant (CherMK), a pivotal asset of Severstal, to supply its blast furnace, according to the company’s press statement on 18 October.
