Shagang chairman officially takes over Dongbei Special Steel
On 12 October Fushun Special Steel's listed company announced the actual controller of parent company Dongbei Special Steel has been changed to Shen Wenrong, chairman of Shagang Group. This also means Shagang will indirectly control Dongbei Special Steel and Fushun Special Steel, Kallanish notes.
