Shandong to move steelmakers to coastal areas
Northern China's Shandong province recently published a three-year plan to reduce pollution in 2018-2020. Steelmakers in seven cities and companies along the Jiaoji Railway (Qingdao-Jinan) are required to gradually transfer to coastal areas, Kallanish notes.
