Shangang plans EAF in Rizhao steelworks
China’s Shandong Iron & Steel (Shangang) plans to add a 160-tonne electric arc furnace at its Rizhao steelworks during 2022-2024, Kallanish notes from the capacity replacement plan published by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong.
