Shangang subsidiaries release capacity replacement plan
The Shandong government has recently announced the steel capacity replacement schemes for two subsidiaries under Shandong Iron & Steel Group (Shangang), according to the provincial Economy & Information Commission (EIC). In total these cover around 7.37 million tonnes/year of new steel capacity, Kallanish notes.
