Shanxi Liheng establishes JV for upgraded steel plant
The Shanxi Liheng Iron & Steel Group established Shanxi Jinnan Iron & Steel as a joint venture with Shanxi Xingyuan Group on 19 November on its 15th anniversary. Liheng has the capacity to produce 5 million tonnesa/year of iron, 5m t/y of steel, 5m t/y of steel products and 2m t/y of coke, Kallanish notes.
