Shiheng Special tops low-cost steelmaker lists
The China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) recently released lists of the top-three lowest-cost steelmakers in 2016 for various processes, from sintering to steel rolling. Shiheng Special Steel topped the list of best performers for comprehensive steelmaking cost, earning the highest steelmaking margin per tonne award, Kallanish notes.
