Shougang orders pelletising plants from Outotec
China’s Shougang Jingtang United has ordered 8 million tonnes/year of iron ore pelletising capacity from Finland-headquartered Outotec. The new plants will be part of the massive expansion of the steelworks to 19.1 million tonnes/year crude steel capacity, Kallanish notes.
