Financing delays hinder Pakistan post-flood reconstruction: Mughal
Foreign exchange shortage-induced financing delays have impacted ferrous imports into Pakistan, thus making it difficult for steel companies to run their operations. Despite the need for reconstruction following floods in 2022, demand for finished long steel products is stuck amid slowed imports and delayed financing, Mughal Steel says in a report seen by Kallanish.
