SMS supplies annealing furnace to Shandong Taijia
China's Shandong Taijia Stainless Steel has signed the equipment acceptance certificate for the annealing furnace provided by SMS Group.
The furnace is installed at the annealing and pickling line of Taijia's stainless cold-rolling project, with a design capacity of 300,000 tonnes/year, Kallanish notes. Shandong Taijia will use the plant to produce stainless steel products mainly in 2B, 2D, No.3, No.4, and HL grades, in 300 and 400 series.
