Southeast Europe steel output falls slightly in May

Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production decreased in May, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 312,642 tonnes, compared with 317,862t in April. In the first five months of the year, regional production decreased to 1.38 million tonnes from 1.7mt in January-May 2022.
