SSAB withdraws 2019 dividend due to Covid-19 uncertainty
Sweden’s SSAB tells Kallanish that it has decided to withdraw its proposal to pay a dividend for 2019.
“Due to the increased uncertainty regarding the economic development related to Covid-19, the board of directors proposes that the annual general meeting on April 1, 2020 resolves that no dividend will be paid for the financial year 2019,” the steelmaker says.
