Steel and iron ore rebound despite Newman restart
Chinese steel prices rebounded on Wednesday afternoon and seaborne iron ore prices followed as prices bounced around their ranges following declines in recent days. The restart of the Newman railway line operated by BHP Billiton marked the end of a supply disruption, but the market remained unimpressed as supply remains ample.
