Steel futures rebound as output slips
Chinese steel futures recovered again on Thursday, changing direction yet again and continuing to bounce around a loose range. Chinese steel output was showing signs of a slight slowdown in October, which could be extended as more restrictions on production come into force, Kallanish notes.
