Steel pulls back then steadies as speculators targeted
Chinese steel futures markets continue to receive warnings that speculators are not welcomed by the authorities. Futures prices soared overnight on Wednesday to Thursday however, and despite pulling back in the morning stayed firm during the day, Kallanish notes.
