Sunningwell retains interest in acquiring Huta Czestochowa
Sunningwell Steel Polska is still interested in acquiring Huta Czestochowa (HCz). The firm did not finalise an agreement to purchase the Polish plate mill because there was missing documentation, its chief executive, Marek Frydrych, confirms to Kallanish.
