Taiwanese scrap remains stable despite higher offers

The Taiwanese scrap market saw a hike early this week, but prices have since lost all their gains. Declining deal prices in Turkey have affected the sentiment of Taiwanese buyers. Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap on Wednesday at $455/tonne cfr Taiwan, unchanged week-on-week.
