Taiwanese scrap remains with firm US offers

The Taiwanese scrap market was flat this week, while US offers were firm but Japanese scrap offers fell slightly. HMS 1&2 80:20 from the US West Coast is still offered over $460/tonne cfr Taiwan, which is basically stable from last week.
