Government instructs Tanggang, Tangyin to shut down early
The Tangshan government in Hebei province published a note on 12 May. This instructs Tangshan Iron & Steel (Tanggang) and Tangyin Iron & Steel to shut down facilities at their old mills by the end of June 2020, Kallanish notes.
