Tangshan Guofeng to reduce steel capacity in 2018
The secretary of the Hebei Provincial Communist Party Committee recently conducted an inspection on Tangshan Guofeng Iron & Steel (Guofeng Steel), urging the steelmaker to complete demolition work as soon as possible.
