Tariff reduction not seen resetting Turkey's US-bound exports

The reduction by the US of Section 232 tariff on Turkish steel to 25%, while a positive development, will not see Turkish exports to the US return to previous tonnages, according to the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB).
