Tata Steel acquires additional equity stake in TSAML
Tata Steel (TSL) has acquired an additional 14,051,522 equity shares in Tata Steel Advanced Materials (TSAML), at an issue price of INR 12.81/share ($0.16), the steelmaker says.
The total acquisition of TSAML’s equity shares amounted to INR 17.99 crore ($2.18 million) and the transaction was completed on 27 July, Kallanish notes.
