Tata Steel BSL to merge with Tata Steel
Tata Steel BSL’s board has agreed on the scheme of amalgamation of Bamnipal Steel and Tata Steel BSL into Tata Steel, Kallanish notes. This follows an order last week from the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai branch, under the provisions of sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
