Thai steel output falls in March, consumption rebounds

Thailand's steel production fell month-on-month in March, but it saw steel consumption rebound from February. Meanwhile, both steel imports and exports saw growth in March. According to data from the Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand, Thailand's finished steel production totalled 507,948 tonnes, which contracted 1.6% m-o-m and 17.7% year-on-year.
