Thailand to terminate non-alloy HRC safeguards
The World Trade Organization (WTO) released a decision by Thailand's safeguards committee on 8 May to propose terminating safeguard measures on imports of non-alloy hot rolled coils following a sunset review, Kallanish notes.
The authority announced the measures could be terminated on 7 June 2020, targeting products in thicknesses of 0.9-50mm and width of 600-3,048mm. The products involved have HS codes under 7208.36.00.031, 7208.…
