Three Chinese steelmakers stabilise flats prices for November
Hebei Iron & Steel (HBIS), Shougang and Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) are trying to stabilise flat product prices for November. Mills have issued differing offers, however, indicating some uncertainty in the market, Kallanish notes.
