TMK diversifies sales markets, product line with acquisition
Russian pipemaker TMK has expanded its capabilities as a supplier of integrated engineering solutions through the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Chelyabinsk Steel Structures Plant (ChZMK), Kallanish notes.
