TMK’s April domestic shipments by rail decrease sequentially
Russian pipemaker TMK's Volzhsky Pipe Plant (VTZ) decreased shipments by rail in April compared to the previous month, according to Russian Railways (RDZ) data. The volume amounted to 52,6000 tonnes, which is 15% less than in February but 4% more on-year, Kallanish notes.
In the first four months of 2024, VTZ shipments totalled 222,700t, down 8% year-on-year. The share of supply to Russia’s domestic market reached 88%.
