Tubacex orders SMS mill for UAE pipemaking plant
Spanish stainless seamless tube maker Tubacex has placed an order to SMS for a cold Pilger mill, type KPW 290 L, for its new United Arab Emirates plant. This will be built in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (Kezad).
Tubacex signed a land lease agreement in June to build a manufacturing facility spanning over 50,000 square meters for OCTG-CRA tubular solutions, Kallanish notes.
