Tung Ho buys Power Steel rebar plant
In a tender held by the Kaohsiung District Court on Tuesday, Taiwan’s Tung Ho Steel successfully bid for Power Steel’s assets at a price of TWD 2.43 billion ($79.9 million).
The assets consist of about 9 acres of land, buildings over 6 acres and a complete single rolling mill with rebar processing equipment.
