Turkey's nuclear power plant consumes locally-made steel: minister
Turkish steel producers will supply steel for the construction of Turkey's first nuclear plant, according to science, industry and tehcnology minister Faruk Ozlu.
The Akkuyu Nuclear Plant construction will consume 1.1 million tonnes of steel that will be produced in Turkey, Ozlu is quoted as saying by local government-controlled news agency Anadolu Ajansi. Kallanish monitored the report, published on Ozlu’s website.
